Parents and divers, 

We are excited to see everyone tomorrow for our first practice.

Freshman and Juniors, under age 11, should aim to show up at 5pm. Intermediate and Seniors 6-7pm. But if you have a conflict please come within the window, we'll be happy to accommodate diving. 

I've just left dive and table work training today, so I'll send along a lot of helpful info for parents tomorrow night, both for volunteering and information for parents who'd like more help understanding the dives without having to go through all the NVSL pages.

We are so excited to start our season and see all our divers tomorrow!
